Too often have messages been lost because persons can’t identify with those they see…. Like they appreciate the message but they can’t see themselves being someone in the book (not realistically). However, Andrew is very much every new believer. So it immediately starts making you forget that you’re reading a book and almost makes you feel like you’re writing it. Like this could be me. I would’ve been like that.
And the way it’s written and because it draws from known material. It makes it seem like I was there, like I was at Peter’s house, like I had the food, and like in the morning when I saw all of them praying I too would’ve been like, “Oh I can’t pray like them.”
It’s just such an interesting read. I mean I know where it’s going to go because of the Bible but I also don’t know where it’s going to go.
One thing that was really like wooooww that’s heavy, you see those internal convos. Like I think about that a lot how amazing it is that you’re able to both humanize the Son of man whilst also honouring the Son of God all within two lines of each other.
The thing about your book that makes me think it’s ordained if that’s a correct thing to say, is that I would be asking a question internally and then I would be reading and like the next line, somehow, miraculously, address my very real world real life internal struggle, not just by identifying a similar issue Andrew struggled with but also with Yeshua giving instruction. I just know if it can happen for me like that – how many more will have guidance and answers from reading your book and be turned to God and the Bible for further guidance.
